I have read from various reddit and quantnet posts about receiving an online assessment/interview link as soon as you apply. I haven't received it and it has been a while, how long will it take before I get an update? Also, how can I prepare for the OA/technical interview?

Last year it was a GCA on codesignal. Pretty tough tho. Just grind leetcode and everythingquant interview resources.
